Hot Chocolate Time

I hope you are kicking back with a little hot chocolate like Tommy is.

Anytime I can get him to drink something besides water I am excited. Extra calories!!! We have backslid a bit with oral feeds during the holidays. He's either too amped up to eat or is downright refusing. It's frustrating but not unexpected. Everyone gets off schedule during the holidays with all the special events and visiting. 

I have heard from several readers about guest posting. Thank you! We even have a TVI that has agreed to participate. I will be putting together the questions and emailing them out this week so expect some new guest posts later this month. 

If you would like to guest post send me a comment with your email address, a little about your child or your job as a TVI, teacher who has worked with a blind child.... I will not post it so don't worry about your email address. I just need a way to contact you:)

Also, I do this blog in my spare time. I cannot pay guest bloggers. I get emails all the time with requests to guest blog from people who do this as freelance work. I am a full-time working mom with a child with special needs. Do you really think I have extra money to play bloggers, or that I would request content from people who have no intimate knowledge of raising and teaching blind children? That's what this site is all about.
