Complex Child

Yes. I have one of those! Tom is a mystery that is slowly unfolding. I get to understand more about that silly guy every day, but some things about him remain complex and hidden. I would love to know more about what is going on inside his head and how I can help him.

I was so excited when I found Complex Child E-Magazine. It's an online only magazine, written by parents who share their stories of the complex children in their lives. Complex Child is also on Facebook. Each month features a different topic and this March was the vision issue.

Of course I could not resist sharing Tom's story and our vision therapy experiences with more people.

Please take some time to explore all the topics. I believe that other parents are one of the best resources you can find.

Take every opportunity to network with other parents because you never know what you may learn from them that is specific to your area or your child's diagnosis/condition. There may be opportunities, special playgroups or programs available in your area that you are unaware of.
